Please note: All international orders are subject to customs duties as defined by the importing country. Customs and duty fees are not included in your order and/or shipping total. Anne Schollenberger is not responsible for the fees associated with the import. All charges are to be borne by the parcel deliverer. The above delivery time is calculated based on contracts with our shipping partners and may be delayed due to customs clearance. Anne Schollenberger is not responsible for shipments that may be affected by customs, acts of nature, transfers to the local freight forwarder in your country, or strikes or delays in air and land transport.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love our products as much as we do! If you are not satisfied with our product, you can return it within 30 days of receipt of the order. All items must be in their original packaging. Anne Schollenberger assumes the return costs for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. We recommend sending your return with a carrier that offers tracking services. Once the return has been received and the quality has been checked, you will receive a full refund for the items.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package for defective, damaged or mis-shipped items. Any item deemed defective or damaged can only be exchanged for the same item. Please keep your items with you until we inform you about the further procedure.
