RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to love our products as much as we do! If you are not satisfied with our product, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original packaging. Anne Schollenberger will cover the return shipping costs for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. We recommend that you ship your return with a carrier that offers tracking services. Once the return is received and the quality is verified, you will receive a full refund for the items.
